This machine is a kind of heat treatment equipment for quenching the bevel gears used in automotive, construction machinery, tractor, metallurgical machinery and other industries. Distortions of the quenched parts after the heat treatment may be controlled and improved effectively and the quality of the gears may be increased. At the same time, round and flat parts can also be hardened on this machine.
Description:
The machine is equipped with a PLC control system. With the exception of the workpiece loading and unloading, the machine can be put into operation automatically. Electrical and hydraulic controls are used for the operation in an automatic quenching cycle so as to increase the accuracy and stabilize the quality of the quenched parts.
The worktable (the lower die) of the machine moves between the loading position and working position of the workpiece by means of the hydraulic controls, in order to transfer the workpiece heated to the quenching temperature to the working position of machine and to cool them in the machine one after another to finish the quenching operation.
A quick-change device is available for the upper die (the outer rings and the inner rings) of the machine (YA9060).
To ensure the quenching quality and control the distortion of workpiece, the machine is with the following constructional features.
When quenching, pressures (individual adjustable) from the outer rings, the inner rings and the bore may be applied to the different portions of the part being quenched.
The pressure can be selected as a fixed pressure or an adjustable pulsing pressure.
.A concave & convex setting is possible on the worktable within the diameter of 510mm (lower die).
During the quenching operation, cooling oil in different steps with separate flowrate and time settings can be supplied. 20 points are available on the PLC system to facilitate the on-line operation of the machine in the enduser’s plant.
Special dies of the outer rings, the inner rings and the bore expander may be equipped for the machine according to the different dimensions and structures of the parts to be quenched.
