CNC Horizontal Gear Shaping Machine With Three Axis , Independent Hydraulic Station

The machine is designed to operate as a CNC Gear Shaper for the production of gears used in automobile, military product, construction machinery and machine tool industries, etc. It is mainly used for cutting internal and external spur gears, different type of non-circular gears and plate cams. When using a special cutter, various type of gear couplings and involute splines can be produced. If a helical guide is adopted, helical gears can be cut and when a tilt worktable is equipped, counter-tapered tooth gears and the tapered clutches can be manufactured.
The machine is characterized by high machining accuracy, excellent rigidity, low noise level and easy workpiece loading and unloading.
Description:
1) The machine is a longitudinal layout with compact structure and nice appearance. The machine adopts oscilated cutter relieving and radial feed of worktable. All the machine bed, the column, the cutter head and the worktable are with better structural and driving rigidities.
2) It is a CNC machine with three-axis simultaneous control for cutter spindle rotation (X-axis), worktable rotation (Y-axis) and radial feed of worktable (Z-axis).
3) A frequency-variable motor is used for the main drive of the machine. In order to ensure the sufficient cutting force at a low speed and a large feedrate, a low-speed position and a high-speed position are equipped in the transmission box. The speed change will be controlled hydraulically. The strokes per minute of the cutter may be preset in the machine program, and the cutter will be stopped at the top position automatically.
4) A new type of double-roller and two-way relieving mechanism is used for the excellent, reliable and lower noise relief of cutter and it is easy for setting the relieving direction.
5) The high accuracy worm gear and variable tooth thickness worm set is used for cutter head drive and worktable drive respectively.
6) An angular cutter relieving function is available for column, so as to prevent the cutter inference with the workpiece.
7) 1~5 cuts may be designed for the work cycle.
8) Gears machined on this machine may reach Grade 6 of the GB Standard.
9) Special fixtures, a tailstock center for cutting the shaft gears and a helical guide may be designed and manufactured on requests of the customer.
10) In order to meet the cutting conditions for the special-shape parts, machine bed riser of different heights (100mm, 200mm and higher) may be equipped on the machine to give sufficient space for the workpiece loading and unloading.
11) Safety guards are provided for preventing oil spray out, easier operating and better reviewing, and an auto chip conveyor is adopted.
12) The machine is equipped with a CNC control system 802D-SL and servo system (SIEMENS), or the Oi CNC system control and servo system from FANUC Japan, and an independent sealed electrical cabinet which is with air conditioner.
13) An independent hydraulic station is adopted for the machine for the timely oil return and to avoid oil mixture.
14) The coolant system is provided on the machine with large volumn and multi-nozzle cooling of the workpieces for taking away the cutting heat and keeping the stable accuracy.
