It is designed to operate as a CNC machine with the radial feed of the column.  The machine is primarily used for cutting spur gears, especially for small gears, non-circular spur gears and plate cams.  As using a special cutter, gear clutches of various types and involute splines can be produced.  When a helical guide cutter head is adopted, helical gears can be cut and tail center equipment is added, shaft gears can be machined.  Tapered gears and tapered tooth clutches can be cut while a tilt worktable is equipped.
The fix worktable is special suitable for customer to choose the optional equipment, such as a tail center device for shaft gear, and a load and unload mechanism for the mass production etc.
The cutting accuracy of gears can reach class 6 as per standard GB10095-88.
This machine is specially used for automobile, aircraft, machine tool, instrument and military industries.

 

 

Description:

 

1The machine is a longitudinal layout, therefore, the machine bed, column, cutter head and worktable have a better structural and transmission rigidity, which improve the machining accuracy and reliability as well noise. As a special order, the column can be raised according to user’s requirement.
  2The column with the imported linear guide way reaches the rigid radial feed and excellent performance. The fix worktable not only increased the rigidity of machine but also get good for various modifications.
  3There is an imported CNC control system used on the machine for cutter spindle rotation, worktable rotation and radial movement of column.  Each axis can be controlled separately or simultaneously.
  4A frequency variable motor and a frequency changer are adopted for main movement of cutter stroke.  During the cutting operation, cutter stroke can be preset and changed automatically with CNC programmable control system.  After finishing the operation of work, the cutter will be stopped at the up position automatically.
  5A double–roller relieving mechanism with special curve cam is used for excellent, reliable and low-noising relief of cutter.
  6High accuracy worm gear and tooth thickness variable worm are adopted for the movement of cutter head and worktable.
  7A tangent relief is available for worktable, so as to prevent the cutter interference.
  8In accordance with different workpiece, a balance block should be put on the crank disk to guarantee the balance in high speed.
  9. A separate tank is available for hydraulic and coolant system.  The cutter head with heavy lubrication is used for meeting the lubricating requirement of the spindle in high speed.  A reasonable arranged cooling system is a large number of coolant, and a magnetic separated chip conveyer removes the heat of chips and keeps the reliable accuracy.
  10. The machine is equipped with independent close type electrical cabinet with
   Thermos-exchanger or air-condition (option).
  11. A synchrony relieving mechanism is adopted on the machine, so as to machining the special parts for smaller relief slot.
  12. A nice-looking, safety and easy operation cover is installed with the machine, which can be convenient for    maintenance.
  13. The machine is provided with SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI or FANUC CNC control system and servo system.
